Individualized job training, industry certifications, and social opportunities for teens and adults with diverse abilities — building the skills, confidence, and résumé to thrive in our community.
Our Social Enterprises
Our participants learn on the job in four community enterprises — and every visit, purchase, and donation keeps the training going.
A cozy tearoom serving tea, soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts on vintage china — and home of our Kitchen-to-Table training.
An upscale resale shop where participants build retail, cashier, merchandising, and customer-service skills.
Do bring: clean, gently used, in-season clothing, shoes & purses, jewelry, rugs & linens, kitchen items, books, puzzles & games.
Please don’t bring: large or older appliances, mattresses, cribs, car seats & strollers, medical equipment, baby bottles, weapons, VHS tapes, or old TVs & computers.
Hands-on horticulture training — growing organic produce for our tearoom and boutique while connecting with nature.
Inclusive recreation and community gatherings where friendships and social confidence grow in a safe, fun space.
